MATTHEW GRAHAM: Matthew began his professional writing life on BBC flagship soap "Eastenders" in 1992 where he worked his way up to joining the lead writing team. It was here that he met Ashley Pharoah. During 5 years on "Eastenders", Matthew contributed almost 40 episodes. He subsequently went on to work on both series of seminal BBC TWO drama series "This Life" before branching out into developing his own projects. Original dramas include, "The Last Train" - a post apocalyptic adventure for Granada, "P.O.W." - a World War 2 drama series for ITV starring James D'Arcy and Patrick Baladi and "Walk Away and I Stumble" - smash-hit drama for ITV starring Mark Strong, Tamzin Outhewaite and Julie Graham. Matthew has enjoyed a long and fruitful relationship with drama producers Kudos for whom he has contributed episodes of "Spooks" and "Hustle". In 2005 he finally saw his long-gestating drama series "Life On Mars" roll before the cameras with Kudos at the helm. Matthew has written and co-produced two series of the mega-hit and seen "Mars" pick up numerous awards including an International Emmy.
